Self Insurance

Self insurance provides employers the opportunity to fund and manage their workers’ compensation program. To qualify for this option, employers are required to have 500 employees and demonstrate substantial financial sustainability. Our team of professionals will assist in the implementation of a self insured program, creating a custom plan designed to leverage your strengths and our expertise to improve your bottom line. We provide a complete range of services including claims management, medical case management, vocational rehabilitation, and Industry leading IT support.

Retrospective Rating

Retrospective Rating allows employers to reduce their premiums by assuming financial responsibility for medical and lost time claims filed in the policy year. Similar to self insurance, there are financial benchmarks that must be met in order to participate. We will complete an analysis to determine if this program is a good fit your organization, and provide comprehensive support throughout implementation

Group Rating

Group rating is a BWC program that allows employers to realize considerable savings on premiums. In addition to premium reduction, we will also provide a full scope of claims management and Industrial Commission representation in this program. Deductible Program

The deductible program provides an opportunity to realize premium savings by instituting a per claim deductible. Five deductible amounts are available to choose from; however, the amount of the deductible must not exceed twenty five percent of the premium in a policy year. One note of caution, this program is not compatible with some BWC initiatives. We will assist you with the implementation and selection of the appropriate deductible amount.
